Terms of Service

These terms apply to all FibreOps users and organisations.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using FibreOps. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use FibreOps.

1. Who We Are

FibreOps is a software product owned and operated by CronKode (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa (CIPC Registration Number: pending). Our registered address is Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa.

2. What FibreOps Is

FibreOps is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Current pricing plans are:

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. We reserve the right to suspend access for accounts with overdue payments. All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

Pricing may be updated with 30 days written notice to your registered email address.

5. Your Data

All operational data you enter into FibreOps — including job records, technician information, client data and reports — belongs to your organisation. CronKode does not claim ownership of your data.

We store your data securely on cloud infrastructure. We do not sell your data to third parties. We process your data only to provide the FibreOps service to you.

On termination of your subscription, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, data may be deleted from our systems.

You agree to use FibreOps only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

We aim to keep FibreOps available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control including load-shedding, internet outages or third-party infrastructure failures.

8. Intellectual Property

FibreOps, including its design, code, features and branding, is the intellectual property of CronKode (Pty) Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your internal business operations during your active subscription period.

You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of FibreOps without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

CronKode provides FibreOps on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, CronKode is not liable for:

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. CronKode may terminate immediately if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the platform unlawfully. On termination, your access will be revoked and your data will be available for export for 30 days.

11. POPIA Compliance

CronKode processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). As a user of FibreOps, you are also responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with POPIA obligations applicable to your organisation.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email to your registered address. Continued use of FibreOps after changes are notified constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
